The production cost is down due to reduce the clamping error innovately. Development Background - The purpose of developing this screw prevent the clamping error after improving the screw. Because when the tap manufacture, it happens non-perfect thread clamping phenomenon in double thread(picture) after checking the product section with clamping error in processing

Clamping ERROR Phenomenon

This phenomenon is SCREW spinning with no traction, SCREW break, Insert tap wrecked and so on when the screw clap up.
 A) Type1 → Seizure: condition where tightening stops and can no longer proceed (e.g., tap cross-section in Samsung Storage products)
Refers to all phenomena that occur during fastening, such as screw stripping, screw breakage, and damage to the tapped hole of the counterpart.
B) Type2
  • Spinning with no traction : The screw spin with no traction because the opposite site tap is wrecked.(Samsung VD)
  • It is more wrecked in weak material such as Aluminum and so on.
  • It is more wrecked in thin plate.

Principle of Perfex Lead- When it proceed the rolling, non-perfect lead part that happen screwprocessing remove molding and manufacturing.
